Kitchen Basics Terracotta White Glazed Garlic Baker
Roasted garlic is so simple and delicious to prepare. Simply cut the top off entire head of garlic, and place in the terra cotta garlic oven. Pour some olive oil over top, cover and bake. No need to pre-heat the oven. Squeeze the softened garlic on toasted bread, or crackers with cheese and fresh herbs or add to mashed potatoes, pasta or sauces, salads and dip. Can also be used for roasting small onions or chiles and storing fresh garlic. Measures 4.5" bottom diameter x 3" in height. Hand wash only.
