Returns & Exchanges
City Chef sells only the highest quality products. We make every effort to assure
that your product arrives to you in perfect condition. We realize that customers
sometimes receive goods that are damaged, defective, or they no longer want the
product for a variety of reasons. Returned items must be accompanied with a return
authorization number and be received by us in unused and perfect saleable condition
within 30 days of initial delivery to you.
*IMPORTANT* Please inspect your order promptly after receipt. This is especially important if your order contains FRAGILE items of ceramic, glass, terracotta, stomeware, ect. If your merchandise arrives damaged please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will not give refunds if you notify us after 7 days for damaged goods.
If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, please
Us within 30 days of receipt to obtain a return authorization number. We will accept returns only on new, unused and untested merchandise within 30 days of delivery. No refunds will be given for products that cannot be sold as new or are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping actual shipping charges will be deducted from the total. You will not receive free shipping on your order if any eligible items are canceled and or returned after the order was placed, bringing the total below $100.
City Chef cannot be held responsible for returned products that have failed to be delivered or have been damaged during return shipping. Please make sure all returns are packed securely and insured. Packages returned COD will be refused.
About Manufacturers' Warranty:
Many of the products we sell are backed by manufacturers' limited warranties. All manufacturer's warranties for products purchased through City Chef are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers. Please follow the manufacturers' warranty instructions. All issues, claims and questions concerning product warranties should be submitted directly to the manufacturers. No other warranty of any kind, express or implied is made by us respecting the
products sold. Buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting
